Paul first came to shiatsu from practicing martial arts, when his sensei suggested it would be good to learn a healing art alongside martial arts studies. He began a life-changing journey into wellness at Nature Care College in 1997 and has a deep appreciation of the benefits of following the principles shiatsu is founded on.
Paul holds diplomas in Shiatsu and Oriental Therapies, and Mindfulness and Compassion Teacher Training. He also has full membership with the Shiatsu Therapy Association of Australia (STAA) and Meditation Australia (MA).
